We invest directly in the social and economic architecture of the region because our future is inseparable from the soil and people who support us.

Agricultural Development

• Capacity Building: Deployment of agricultural experts to train smallholders on agronomy and yield optimization.
• Land Activation: Distribution of high-yield seedlings covering over 400 hectares of previously unused land.

Civic Infrastructure

• Water Security: Drilling and commissioning a water well for Bohico village.
• Education Support: Maintenance and renovation of schools across Fresco.

Economic Inclusion

• Local First: Over 70% of our workforce is recruited from Fresco—representing more than 100 direct jobs and supporting hundreds of households.

Community & Culture

• Sponsorship of the Fresco football team to promote youth development.
• Support of major national and religious events including Independence Day, Peace Day, Ramadan, Christmas, and Easter.
